In Memory of Dane Nisbet

CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Provincial Junior Hockey League is deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Dane Nisbet, a former member of the North Middlesex Stars and Mooretown Flags.

Dane was a valued part of the PJHL hockey community, and his loss is felt across our league. He will be remembered as a teammate, competitor, and young man who shared a strong connection to the game and those around him.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dane’s family, friends, teammates, and all who knew him during this incredibly difficult time,” said PJHL Commissioner Terry Whiteside. “This senseless act of violence has shaken our league, and we stand together in mourning the loss of a young man whose life was taken far too soon. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted.”
