Partnership Announcement: Dairy Farmers of Ontario

The Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) is proud to share that the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) has extended its long-standing partnership with Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO), continuing their support of local, community-based hockey across the province.

As part of this renewed partnership, DFO will continue to play an important role within the PJHL through community engagement, event activations, and on-site branding at league showcases and special events. The partnership reflects DFO’s continued commitment to supporting the next generation of Ontario athletes both on and off the ice.

A highlight of the partnership is the annual OHA Bursary Program, presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario, which awards six (6) OHA members each with a $5,000 bursary for their achievements in hockey, academics, and community involvement. All PJHL players are eligible to apply for the program.

“DFO is proud to continue partnering with the OHA and supporting athletes on and off the ice,” said Cheryl Smith, CEO at Dairy Farmers of Ontario. “Through our partnership with OHA, we are able to foster the next generation’s passion not only for sport, but also for personal growth and achievement, reflecting the commitment and pride our dairy community carries throughout Ontario.”
