PJHL Power Rankings – February 4, 2026

CAMBRIDGE, ON – With the regular season winding down, the PJHL Power Rankings continue to shift as teams push for playoff positioning. Every result now carries added weight, and this week’s rankings reflect both sustained excellence at the top and strong momentum from several clubs making timely moves up the board.

Holding steady at No. 1, for the eight straight week is the Essex 73s, as they continue to set the pace across the league. Consistency remains their calling card, as they show no signs of slowing down while maintaining their position as the team to beat heading toward the postseason.

Making one of the biggest jumps this week are the Dundas Blues, who climb four spots into No. 2. Dundas has found its stride at the right time, stringing together strong performances with wins over Grimsby and Glanbrook over the weekend.

The Hanover Barons slide slightly to No. 3 after a challenging stretch, but remain very much in the championship conversation. Their body of work this season continues to keep them among the league’s elite as the playoff race tightens.

Moving up to No. 4, the Lakefield Chiefs take another step forward following a productive week, highlighted by wins over Port Hope, Picton, and Trent Hills. Lakefield continues to trend in the right direction in the Tod division, showing consistency on both sides of the puck as they solidify their standing.

The Woodstock Navy Vets drop one spot to No. 5, but remain a dangerous and well-rounded group capable of climbing back up quickly in a tightly packed middle of the rankings.

Up one position to No. 6, the Uxbridge Bruins continue to battle through a competitive East Orr Division. Their steady play keeps them firmly in the Top 10 as they remain focused on postseason positioning.

One of the hottest teams in the league right now, the Alliston Hornets, surge three spots to No. 7. Their recent run has been impossible to ignore, stacking wins over Innisfil, Muskoka and twice over Huntsville.

Holding at No. 8, the Lakeshore Canadiens remain competitive and continue to collect important points within the tight Stobbs division race, keeping themselves well within reach of climbing higher as the playoff picture comes into focus.

New to the rankings at No. 9 and 10, is the Stayner Siskins and Fergus Whalers. Stayner enter the Top 10 following a strong stretch of play that has put them atop of the Carruthers division. While the Fergus Whalers, also jump into the Top 10. Fergus has put together a strong body of work recently, earning recognition as one of the league’s teams to watch heading into the final weeks of the season.
