Fans in Tavistock were treated to a high-scoring Southern Conference matchup between the Doherty and Bloomfield divisions. The Doherty division jumped out to an early 4–0 lead before Bloomfield responded, cutting the deficit to 5–3 heading into the first break.

Offense continued to dominate, with Doherty extending its lead, highlighted by a shorthanded goal from Woodstock Navy Vets defenseman Charley Barnes. Bloomfield made a late push, trimming the score to 9–7 with four minutes remaining, but Evan Palubeski’s empty-net goal sealed a 10–7 victory for the Doherty division.
