Results of the east vs. north prospect game

Over 300 fans watched a fast paced exciting prospect game this past Saturday afternoon in Orillia. Unfortunately, the Hydro went out at the mid-way point of the 3rd period. The North Conference was just going on the power play trailing 2-1. So the final was 2-1 for the East Conference.

The East opened the scoring with Rheydan McCoy scoring with assists going to Tyler Sawkins and Caleb MacLeish. The North tied it up later in the first period. Keegan Greer scored with assists going to Austin Griffin and Brady McLaren. Three minutes into the 3rd period Cole Stevenson scored are taking a pass from the East goalie Nick Surzycia.

Rheydan McCoy from the Napanee Raiders was the East player of the game and Anthony Nascimento from the Schomberg Cougars was the player of the game for the North Conference.

The West Conference plays the South Conference play this Saturday in Norwich at 1pm.
