Top Weekend Performances – December 5-7, 2025

CAMBRIDGE, ON – It was an exciting weekend across the PJHL delivering standout performances from some of the league’s top players. Jack Churchill (Amherstview Jets) – 3 Goals

Joey Marrese (Grimsby Peach Kings) – 3 Goals, 1 Assist
In an explosive offensive showing for the Peach Kings, Joey Marrese led the way. He buried two first-period goals, including a shorthanded tally to complete his hat trick, and later added an assist to cap off a four-point night in a 7–2 Grimsby victory.

Sebastian Ferris – 2 Goals, 3 Assists
Sett Ursomarzo – 2 Goals, 3 Assists

Cooper Vickerman (Woodstock Navy Vets) – 3 Goals, 2 Assists
Continuing his outstanding season, Cooper Vickerman put up a five-point night against the Tavistock Braves. His three goals and two assists helped push him further up the PJHL scoring leaderboard.

Callum Besley (Aylmer Spitfires) – 70/74 Saves (OT Win)
Callum Besley had a massive night in the Aylmer crease. North Middlesex fired 74 shots his way, but Besley turned aside 70 of them to push the Spitfires into overtime. Aylmer capitalized in the extra frame to secure a 5–4 win on the back of Besley’s heroic performance.
