Top Weekend Performances – December 19-21, 2025

CAMBRIDGE, ON – While the holidays are a time for celebration, PJHL players were busy lighting the lamp and locking things down in net with standout performances across the league. Here is this past weekends top performances.

Yann Raskin (Tavistock Braves) – 3 goals, 1 assist
Blake Richard (Tavistock Braves) – 25-save shutout

It was an explosive performance for the Tavistock Braves as they hosted the visiting New Hamburg Firebirds. In a dominant 7–0 victory, star forward Yann Raskin continued his scoring touch, recording three goals and one assist. At the other end of the ice, goaltender Blake Richard was flawless, turning aside all 25 Firebirds shots to earn the shutout.

Jordan Fitger (Uxbridge Bruins) – 4 goals

In a tightly contested battle against the Schomberg Cougars, Jordan Fitger provided a massive spark for the Uxbridge Bruins, scoring four goals in a thrilling 5–4 win. Fitger found the scoresheet midway through the second period and went on to score three more goals in under 20 minutes, capping off a six-goal weekend.

Carson Crawford (Mooretown Flags) – 3 goals
John Chartrand (Mooretown Flags) – 30-save shutout

The Mooretown Flags took care of business against the Walpole Island Wild, highlighted by a strong offensive showing from Carson Crawford and a shutout performance from John Chartrand. Crawford recorded a hat trick, opening the scoring and adding both a shorthanded and power-play goal in the third period. Chartrand was steady in net, stopping all 30 shots he faced to secure his second shutout of the season

Parker Barnard (Mt. Brydges Bulldogs) – 36-save shutout

An outstanding weekend was capped off by a dominant home victory for the Mt. Brydges Bulldogs over the Thamesford Trojans, highlighted by a 36-save shutout from Parker Barnard. Following a strong performance the night before against Lucan, Barnard matched it by turning aside every scoring chance from Thamesford in a 6–0 win, marking his first shutout with Mt. Brydges.

LJ Legault (Dorchester Dolphins) – 2 goals, 3 assists

Legault continued his impressive rookie campaign with the Dorchester Dolphins, delivering one of his strongest performances of the season. He recorded two goals and three assists in a win over the Hespeler Shamrocks and continues to climb the PJHL rookie scoring leaderboard.

Andrew Jaques (Petrolia Flyers) – 3 goals, 3 assists
Parker Davidson (Petrolia Flyers) – 2 goals, 3 assists

The Petrolia Flyers continued their strong run of play, powered by standout offensive performances from Andrew Jaques and Parker Davidson in a 13–2 win over the Lucan Irish. Jaques led the way with three goals and three assists, while Davidson added two goals and three helpers of his own.

Owen Moreau (Penetang Kings) – 45-save shutout

The Penetang Kings’ goaltending tandem has been a storyline all season, and this week it was Owen Moreau’s turn to shine. Moreau stopped all 45 shots he faced in a 3–0 victory over the Muskoka Bears, earning his second shutout of the season and continuing his impressive campaign with a .941 save percentage.

Bryce McKee (Georgina Ice) – 5 goals
Antonio Cerqua (Georgina Ice) – 5 assists

The Georgina Ice piled it on Sunday afternoon, highlighted by two phenomenal offensive performances. Bryce McKee tallied five goals, including a shorthanded and power-play marker, while Antonio Cerqua contributed five assists in his first multi-point game of the season.

Markus Grajnar-Ptok (Walkerton Capitals) – 1 goal, 4 assists

The Walkerton Capitals earned an upset victory over the Fergus Whalers, driven by a standout six-point performance from newly acquired Markus Grajnar-Ptok. He dished out assists throughout the night before adding a late goal, capping off a season-best performance.
