Bouck and Carson Named Southern Conference Players Of The Month For February

The PJHL are pleased to announce that Tyler Bouck of the Woodstock Navy Vets and Lucas Carson of the Grimsby Peach Kings have been named the February Southern Conference Players of the Month.

Doherty Division – Tyler Bouck of the Woodstock Navy Vets had a strong finish to his 2023-24 regular season, picking up an impressive 3 shutouts in the 6 games he’s made an appearance in. The Tillsonburg native had a 2.76 GAA and a 0.904 SV% in his 6 February showings. Bouck picked up 19 wins on the season, and his 0.927 SV% is strong enough for 7th among PJHL goaltenders. Among the top ten goalies in SV% in the PJHL, Bouck played the second most minutes with 1593, and made the most amount of saves with 823.

Bloomfield Division – Lucas Carson of the Grimsby Peach Kings finished the season on a tear, picking up 4 goals and 9 assists for 13 points in 8 games. In his first season with the Peach Kings, Carson amassed a new career high in goals (19), assists (44), and points with 63. The Elmira native kicked off the 2023-24 season with a 12-game point streak, and helped his club finish first in the Bloomfield division.
